Great service department. Like almost any good repair shop, they work on a lot of equipment. So, be prepared to leave your repair job for a few days. They fixed and returned my chain saw in just a couple of days. My chain saw runs like a brand new one now.
Service time is very, very slow!!! They took a over a week to even look at my unit even after a couple of phone calls. Finally I went there in person and they looked at it and ended up fixing it in about 45 minuites while I waited. Dont think they would have been motivated to look at my unit unless I went there personally.
