Awesome company to work with. Messaged on a Sunday via WhatsApp due to my factory van window cracking over the weekend before a cross country trip. I placed my order and they set me up with their installer at DTC Overland in Huntington Beach, CA and he was able to install the window the next day. My experience with DTC Overland on the install was absolutely phenomenal as well!
I had excellent customer service al the way through the purchase process. I probably called four times. They even FaceTimed me. Great guys. The windows came excellently packaged and protected. My local body shop installed them with no problems. The windows are very high quality. They used excellent materials for all of the components, like the latch, window slides, screen. Thanks Van Tek!
Bought two large windows for our new Sprinter conversion. Received them as fast or faster than an Amazon shipment. Small latch piece was received broken. I called and let them know and they overnighted a new piece! The windows are high quality. And installation instructions perfect. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Promptly ordered two more windows.
