Bait & Switch + Awful Customer Service I order a window for my Ram Promaster. The website says "free shipping by 7/10". I then click to order and am charged $150 for shipping and given no delivery date. I pay the additional $20 for shipping protection since the options showing are so vague. This is on a Saturday 7/5. On Monday 7/7 I chat in asking for an update for the delivery date.
