Great doctor. Always interested in me as a person and how I am doing. Never dismisses anything that I say and clearly explains her recommendations to me. I am happy to be her patient.
I was grateful to get an appointment so soon due to a new rash on my hand. Unfortunately, Dr. Van Ong began diagnosing me with “dry hands” without taking a glance at my hand, followed by wanting to prescribe me a steroid topical (she didn’t notice that i am already taking a strong steroid topical). Anyways, she did not observe the rash and told me to see dermatology if it did not resolve in 4-5 weeks. Disappointing to say the least.
