Van's was our first and only stop on the venture of trading our '01 Forester. Deric was amazing. We came in knowing what we pretty much wanted and he made it happen the best he could! I'm so excited and I love our new 2017 Forester!

My experience with the salesperson, Steve, was very enjoyable. I was extremely nervous about the process and did not want to be high pressured by sales or finance. I did not feel pressured at all! Lisa in the service department was so friendly and I feel like part of the Subaru family there.
I've owned over 30 vehicles and lost out on some good deals, but never when I had a check in my hand and on my way to a scheduled appointment to buy a car, like I did last night. Husband just bought an Outback Love the vehicle. We started out looking at used felt like the upgrade to new was worth it. Salesman Jacob Trillion was very knowledgeable and personable. However I hate being held hostage.. we actually left at one point and were promised that if we returned the next day it would be a quick process.
