Hard to say enough good things about Van. When we decided to relocate to Raleigh almost a year ago, my wife and I engaged Van on the recommendation of a friend of ours. He drove us to every neighborhood in town for a week and kept in constant communication for the following six months until we found our home. He has an expert's insight into the area, potential downfalls in the homes he's showing and vendors for whatever you need once you're under contract. Seriously can't recommend this guy enough.
