I agree with all other reviews! – Just terrible, I lived there for 3 years and the dishwasher was broken since day one. I could never get anyone to fix or replace it (and I called many times). They will charge you $30 if you lock yourself out of your room (even if it is your first time, you've always paid your rent on time and never caused any problems and they live one block from your apartment). Worst place to rent from in Fargo! – Van Raden has terrible customer service, they are rude, and they never update or fix anything unless they have no other choice. Do not expect to get your deposit back because no matter how much you clean or take care of the place it will not be good enough when you check out. We have lived in an apartment of theirs for many years and have nothing good to say about it. We would never rent from them again!!!!
