Definitely go elsewhere. They cancelled 3x on me within 30mins of my appointment. Twice I was already at the clinic. Don’t waste your time
My first visit to an Ophthalmologist was great. The staff were friendly. The doctor was awesome and had my very first eye treatment. He was positive when giving answers to my questions. Thumbs up!
I tried to call in to ask about the doctor's experience with a certain condition. First two calls was hung up on without speaking to anyone, but even when I did reach someone I got put on hold then hung up on within 30 seconds. If you don't want new patients, you can just say so, professionally.
Went there for the first time, found the staff very friendly and professional. The dr. Also very friendly and professional and answered all my questions.
