Do not go here we traded in our car 2 months ago and they still haven’t paid them out they are ruin people’s credit. Check yelp they did this to someone else too. All LA Kia dealers are horrible I have been to all of them but this one takes the cake for the crimes they are committing. If this happens to you please report to better business bureau. BBB.org

I had the worst experience ever at this dealership. I called the first time and was told the car is sold. An hour later I received a call from one of their sales people her name was star she apologized and assured me that the car is still available I asked her twice if the car is available and she confirmed the car is on the lot I drove over an hour to the dealer only to find out that the car sold and the shady sales people started trying to switch me to another vehicle. The service sucks. Ok I get it they are just opening but they need to put people that know what they are doing. I went in for a oil change and they come to me with a list of things that I need to replace. Be careful because I think they are trying to upsale . Get a second opinion .I was told my front brakes needed replacing. Wow how is that possible with only 11,000 miles on my car. $219.00 charge for it . They had rechecked it and apparently they made a mistake. So if your not sure Get a 2nd opinion. I’m glad I did
