If you want the classic hellish car buying experience, go to Kia Van Nuys. The salesman, Michael Crawford, was basically conning us for three hours, then the Finance guy came around and it was obvious we were being jerked around. The dealer wants $10,000 over MSRP for a Telluride. Really a horrible experience

Fairly good location. I did have to wait 2+ hours for 1st service. There were 2 recalls though.
