The staff and front desk people are great! They were patient and went above and beyond in supporting me in my dental saga.
It is unfortunate that this dental office is failing to help during my dental emergency. I have a broken tooth and need a root canal, but they aren’t following through. They promised to call me back but haven’t, and they also didn’t provide any antibiotics. The office manager assured me I’d hear from them within 48 to 72 hours with more information about my case—it’s now been over a week and a half, and I still haven’t heard anything. Very rude employees. From the front desk manager to the dentist. Low quality work & they don’t let you inside the room with your UNDERAGE children (scary). Please take your business somewhere else & read all the reviews. I’m not the only one who has experienced this.
Don’t go here! If they tell you what procedures you need but don’t show you the x rays for it get up and leave!
