former patient, the staff is very patient and professional. just got out from a 2 week solitude time and I have new respect for nurses/medical staff and people that have serious conditions. its hard and not fun but necessary if you as an individual want to get better and people care like nurses if you let them and work on yourself to get better and not blame others, the staff there want to help you not punish you!

I wish this had negative stars, currently my sister is there and i tried calling to get some explanations about my sister’s condition. My sister called me that she was treated horribly and rude, not even listen to. She was there voluntarily and still was not allowed to leave but Dr.Basta was only doing virtual assessment. I called the Supervisor nurse Lavaine and she was unprofessional and even hanged up my call. She told me that my sister will be forced to take her medication and she had no option. If you ever need to be hospitalized, this is the one you want to go to The staff there cares and treats everyone with respect. I particularly want to thank Jennifer Ruiz, who helped me through the intake process. She was patient with me, even though I was in a pretty bad place. Without her kindness, I don't think I would have gone through with admitting myself and getting the help I needed The quality of care is good.
