former patient. i was admitted in 2022 and i was in unit two. i was sexually assaulted and harassed by a healthcare worker named Omar. Tall guy with Mustache and colored eyes. during smoke break we talked and he asked if i watched porn and asked when i lost my virginity. The one complaint i have is that they should have at least 2 groups of smokers and none smokers, its not fair that we have to share the same time as them to catch some fresh air . The nurses are great and put up with alot of patients crap . I had 2 code reds in my time been there the staff handle it very well

For a mental health hospital they absolutely set people with mental health issues who have no money up for failure. Absolutely unacceptable to discharge mentally disabled people and tell them they are going to be driven home just to be dumped in the streets in NoHo and given $20 to “figure it out”. All the patients who were getting a ride with my dad were told and expected to be taken home to their town and instead dumped in the streets where my dad was over an hour away from his hometown.
