We called for a repair and Michael was quick to respond. He said he couldn’t find a problem and there was no trip or service call. This is the company you need total honesty for your AC issues. Prior to our buying the new system: , I requested his opinion about updating our system. He advised we didn’t necessarily need a new system but if we wanted it and could afford it he gave us his recommendation. At this time I think we made the right decision for us and for our guests to always be comfortable.
Van Ness is our go-to HVAC company. Fantastic service, quick response in an emergency, owner is honest and upfront, and the work done is done well and quickly. Would recommend 10/10.

I can't say enough how much integrity Michael has. He's now done 2 major projects for me and both were flawless and less expensive than any other quotes I received. He also took the time to dig deep into an issue we had that another company missed after 2 inspections. I've yet to find any company for any service that I trust more than Van Ness.
