We found Van Ness Heating and Air through a referral. It was so relieving to find an HVAC business with the highest integrity and willing to do the right thing. Called Michael to check one of our units I thought was not cooling as well as it should. Michael found no notable issues and explained the extreme temps outside just will not let properly designed systems cool as low as we think. No extra work, no expensive unneeded repairs, just the service call. Thanks, Michael!!!!

I've worked with Van Ness for over 16 years. Emergency or not, he always takes care of you and provides excellent customer service every time. Grateful for his help over the years.

Michael was very professional and explained all the work he was doing and why it was necessary. He did not rush through the work. I would definitely use him again and will refer him to my family and friends.
