N.B. I checked in using my English name Frank A. as usual, not Dr.Li. I only first saw Dr. Ho once, 3 months ago. I was extremely satisfied with his work and advice. I scheduled more dental work in 3 months. I had talked to Karen, the prior receptionist so she knew what my physical condition was and my needs. I am normally bedridden, so I have a 2 hour time frame before I am required to return home with my caretaker. Karen afforded Steve and myself kindness whilst waiting last visit. I’m sorry to see Dr. Ho go but thrilled that Dr. Hung will be his successor. She's professional and genuinely loves her work. She really cares about her patients and wants to build long term relationships. Overall would highly recommend her to my friends and family. I'm freshly postpartum and she even gave me advice for my baby's gum care and teething tips! Bonus that she speaks fluent Cantonese and we can exchange food recs!
I really enjoy my visits at Dr David Ho’s clinic. Everyone is super friendly, nice, and compassionate. Mai always does my cleanings and she is incredibly gentle, kind, and soft spoken. She isn’t judgmental, takes her time, and makes me feel well cared for. Dr. Hung also did two of my cavity fillings and was very sweet and kind. She cares about her patient’s well being and comfort level and took extra care to make sure that my fillings were polished and fit into my mouth comfortably.
