An older lady was doing my nail, the application was flawless but when it was time for my design that's when everything went wrong, this lady couldn't even do a simple flower let alone an acrylic flower witch a nail tech should be able to do. My toes are really nice can love them. ns before she did my nails i asked her if she could do it she said yes with confidence. But I'm happy with the application but not my design. Thy & Anna are very sweet ladies. The other staff not so much. It feels like what you ask for doesn’t really matter and they just do what they want ? And when you actually speak up about it they seem so inconvenienced and annoyed and still don’t listen to what you’re saying!!! Decided to go with someone new today and absolutely hate my nails but maybe that’s a blessing in disguise because that’s the last time I will ever go there to waste my time and money. So many red flags in this place.
