I went to get my nails done today . 06/06/2025 for my daughter wedding , when it was time to get my nails done the lady go try and put a regular chair up , I politely asked her what’s that chair for , she go reply with I couldn’t sit it the chair I was going to break it and was going to be on the floor. Was rude and laughing about the situation very unprofessional ,Keep in mind this wasn’t my first time going there .Vann used to do my nails all the time . Got my nails done by the dude that sits in the back. Took him over an hour for a FULL SET. Paid $70 without tip for a full color and chrome and they didn’t even last a week. The dude did very crappy. Had 3 of them off within 3 days. I went in to ask for a refund and the owner had the audacity to say “We don’t do refunds. We can’t guarantee how long they’ll last or how they will turn out.” Like seriously? Lady, you are the owner, you should know.
