Before buying a home, please make sure to check noise from your own future garage AND the adjoining garage. I bought a home last summer and have not known peace because of constant noise when my neighbors garage is open. I work from home doing televisits and have had to get an office in one loudon. I reported the issue and the warranty manager cane and told me while they are aware that the garages make noise in a way that they shouldn’t they don’t fix it unless a person reports the problem.
