Very well run auction house
Mega thanks isn't large enough to thank Fred and his crew for truly emptying MIL Ankeny house (she was a collector). He genuinely cared about everything, and oversaw the multiple (because of all the stuff) sales. Was at the house late at night many times to meet deadlines. So personable and reliable. Definitely a man of his word!
I won a couple of bids last weekend. They were instantly in communication about the items I had purchased. One item was going to cost an arm and a leg to send. They gave me the option to pick it up in person. Im currently in texas for military and was told they would hold it until I got home so I could pick it up and save the money from having to shipped. Once the items were sent, I received them within 2 days in perfect condition! I will definitely be returning in the future. Very professional, respectful, and courteous. I ... read more
