Best service from a company we've had in years!! The communication during the project was on point! This team did everything they said they would do, from the sales office to the agents to the roofers! We are so happy with Van Martin Roofing and would recommend them every time! Van Martin did a wonderful job replacing our roof from quote to completion. Everyone is friendly and courteous both on the phone and in person. The crew was very respectful, and cleaned up without a trace. They use the best products and are within the price range of their competitors; don’t settle for other companies using inferior products! Van Martin has a clear edge over others on how they treat you as a customer. I recommend them to everyone!

Although I do not have any issues with the works that was *finally* done, the process was very frustrating. We paid a premium to have the roof and box gutters done in a timely manner (6 weeks) however, it ended up taking over 5 months with all the touch ups & repairs to the original work. Communication was very poor initially, but got better as the prolonged project went on. We had to chase up both the project manager and the contractors multiple times. In the end, I probably would not recommend to friends or family.
