Van Martin wasn't the cheapest but I lean on quality and value over the cheapest bidder. After reviewing options I decided on Van Martin. During install, there were a lot of concerns. The roofers were subcontracted and were tearing shingles off throwing them everywhere. I understand time is money, but when my new heat pump is getting slammed with shingles, I have problems. I was very pleased with Van Martin roofing. From the salesman, Blake, to the team sent to provide the installation, all were professional, honest snd well prepared. All were knowledgeable and able to explain the intricacies of a roof replacement. The whole team deserves the highest rating of 5 stars. Thank you for the service.
Very happy with my 46 square 5-Star roof replacement using CertTeed PRO shingles. The team started early, we conscious of noise and neighbors, used tarps to catch the majority of the tear off, and cleaned up well. The team was polite, the project manager coordinate well with my solar panel company, and the project was done in a day. Great job! They get my recommendation. Check them out.
They did a complete roof replacement for me and did a great job. They were very easy to work with and professional; I highly recommend them.
