Jerod and Mike did an outstanding job at our condo at 7053 Creekside Circle on 10 Mar. They arrived at appointed time, provided an approximate timeline of the job, and completed the work within that time. They were both courteous and professional, and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure interacting with them.

Outstanding service and workmanship. I've used Van Martin for repairs and for complete roof replacement. They provided professional, timely, and trustworthy expertise. Very accommodating with scheduling and excellent communication regarding weather-related concerns and other updates.
The estimator Jim and entire mgmt team of Hunter, Carlos, and James went above and beyond to not only fix the roof, but satisfy all our concerns as well as the unique challenges of blending an extremely complicated roof into the siding and structure of a 100+ year old house. Wouldn’t bother looking for anyone else!!!
ETA: They sent someone else out after seeing this review. He also failed to send me a quote. It's been well over a month. Dropping my rating accordingly. Original: Did a decent job a few years ago with my gutters. However, this time after coming out for a quote a couple months ago for additional work, Scott ghosted me. This means it's unlikely I'll get the work done in the for winter like I needed.
