I recently rented form Van Mark Apartments for 2 years. I was never late on a payment. As a matter of fact I always paid over. I consistently had to call during the winter months about the heat not working properly and the air not working during the summer months. I was told because of how my apartment was positioned was the issue for the problem and not the unit. I decided to move when was lease was up.
