The building manager is very rude and will try to bully you. And it is super haunted here. Pretty much everything is broken, dirty and never getting fixed
They argue with the tenants about rent bad security issue and while dealing with wondering who broke in our place the building manager wanted to argue after we are dealing with a heavy situation that he won't deal with properly so know we have place our living situation somewhere else cause everything is getting over bearing...

Do not rent the studio apt above the bar. The bar music is too loud.
The building is clean and well attended to by the property manager the fact that it's above a Tavern wouldn't be a bad thing if the Tavern was more considerate of the tenants living in the building the music can get LOUD! Parking is very challenging as well but people seem to mind their own business & the last con is NO elevator.
