This review is long overdue. In 2021, my dog, Caden, tore his ACL and meniscus, and I remember feeling completely overwhelmed and scared. Dr. Stephen and Dr. Anne Van Lue, as well as their entire team, are truly exceptional. My golden retriever, Tucker, tore his CCL in both of his back legs and needed TPLO surgery—twice. The first time, we were initially on a waitlist and weren’t sure we could wait, but they were able to get us in sooner than expected. Dr Van Lue and his staff are amazing ! My 10 year old Springer had two torn cruciate ligaments. Dr Van Lue helped me decide between surgery or more conservative treatment. No pressure either way. He explained the mechanics of the injury thoroughly. Mac ( my dog) is recovering nicely. I only wish all my vets were this thorough!
What a great experience. Dr. Steve Van Lue couldn’t have been more personable, professional and comforting. Our little Westie tore her ACL. Dr. Van Lue spent a good deal of time explaining her injury and the surgical options, but wanted to take a more conservative approach initially. We truly appreciated his honesty and detailed analysis of her injury. The office is beautiful, clean and set up well. Staff are friendly and efficient. It was really a pleasantly satisfying experience.
Dr. Van Lue was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to address all of my concerns for my boy, Benji, reassured me that I was making the best decisions for his well-being, and provided valuable insight on how to keep him comfortable as he ages with osteoarthritis. On top of that, his entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
