Outstanding care for our dog Kiko who just had TPLO surgery here. Dr. Van Lue went above and beyond expectations pre/peri/and post operatively. Everything was explained in great detail and got a notification when he went in for surgery and a call from his staff when he was done. The facility is so clean you wouldn't think a dog ever stepped foot in there. If your dogs needs TPLO this is the place to go.
I just want to thank the Doctor Van Lue and her amazing team for saving my babys leg… I don’t have words to explain how grateful I am for all these angels here! We’ve had two patella surgeries (small dog) and both times extremely impressed with the results. So much so that I say it seems like our dog was given new legs! The service here is top notch, starting with how responsive and communicative the front office staff are to the time Dr. Van Lue spends with you to explain all the options. I especially appreciate his years of experience and developed gestalt of what to do and what not to do. Highly recommended!
Dr. Van Lue and his team were great! Easy to schedule and prompt with reminders prior to our appointment. Clean office space. We valued Dr. Van Lue’s knowledge, expertise, and explanations regarding the xrays and options for our sweet Charlotte. Highly recommend for an honest opinion!
To be honest, I debated leaving a review. However, I’d like to share my experience with this place. My dog was referred here from their vet for a torn CCL. We made an appointment here and on the first visit, surgery was recommended. I want the best for my dog so of course I scheduled the surgery. The surgery was scheduled and then once there, my dog had his fur shaved and underneath was a skin issue. We then rescheduled the surgery, they were kind and no issues at all.
