Called with a concern about a growth on our dogs foot. A gentleman answered my fiancé’s call and was very rude. We had our first appointment set up 2 weeks from now since we just moved and all we got was. “I guess you’ll have to wait until the appointment.” After speaking with this pleasant individual my fiancé informed me of the phone call and I immediately cancelled our appointments. Don’t waste your time here.

Hello! I apologize if you thought that we came across rude. That was not our intent. We did offer our after hours emergency services prior to your appointment. Unfortunately, we were unable to see you for a regular appointment prior to your scheduled one. We are pretty booked up this time of year. That is why we recommended waiting until appointment. I hope that you understand and we hope that your pup is doing ok and that you were able to get in somewhere.
go support a buissness that follows health guidelines and cares about the wellbeing of their staff and clients as this one does not. thoughts with all the poor people that you and your staff came into contact with instead of quarantining.
They know nothing about exotic animals like they say they do!! We took our ferret into them cause he was having eating problems and end up sending us with soft cat food and not even too days later the was worse so we called them and refused to see him and staff was very rude. Than ending up taking him to nodine and the lady told us that the soft cat food that they gave us form crystal in his bladder and it exploded and that food should of never been giving to him in the first place.
