I'm so happy I connected with Vanessa. I almost cried when I saw the back of my head and she brought me back from a pretty awful experience at a different salon. The transformation was impressive. She also was so accommodating in getting me in for a consult and talking through the options. She remained conscious of my budget and even went through the estimated costs for ongoing maintenance.
