Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.
