First impression is the last impression. I brought my car in for what was supposed to be a 30–40 minute horn replacement, yet I had to wait 2 hours and 21 minutes. This level of delay for such a basic repair is unacceptable and demonstrates poor planning and incompetence. My time was completely wasted. Definitely not the level of service I’d expect from a dealership.
Mike was super helpful when it came to finding a vehicle that was right for me, awesome service, great communication. Was a quick and easy process and he went above and beyond to get me a good warranty.
