Amazing Service Department! When I need a new air filter they show me mine and what it should look like. More often then not when I go in I am only paying for what I asked, they dont try to upsell me or take advantage of me.
This is the story of a customer we heard, and it was truly disappointing. He described it as the worst experience ever at this Hyundai dealership. According to him, the service manager was extremely rude, unapproachable, and more interested in taking his coffee than speaking to a customer. The customer even had to go behind him just to get his attention.
