Amazing service. They fixed a watch that another shop said is "jammed" and even told me that if it gets stuck again what they would need to do for cleaning. Fixed my 2nd watch quickly as well. Honest, and very good. Definitely the place to go to get watch repairs. All kinds of watches.

I purchased a necklace chain here about a month ago. The service was good, friendly. After wearing it for a few days, one of my hairs got stuck in it and got pulled out. I decided to give it some more time. After it happened twice more, I took off the necklace, and brought it back in when I had the chance. I explained the situation and showed him the chain with my hairs stuck in it. The owner said there was nothing he could do, as they have a seven day policy.
