I purchased a necklace chain here about a month ago. The service was good, friendly. After wearing it for a few days, one of my hairs got stuck in it and got pulled out. I decided to give it some more time. After it happened twice more, I took off the necklace, and brought it back in when I had the chance. I explained the situation and showed him the chain with my hairs stuck in it. The owner said there was nothing he could do, as they have a seven day policy. I came across this shop a few months ago when eating next door at the Vietnamese restaurant and kept it in the back of my mind. So when my brother’s jade pendant broke I knew where to go. The owners were really nice and helpful. We came on a Saturday and they didn’t have what we needed that day to fix it but assured us they’d have it on Monday (the next business day). My watch stopped working because of water exposure, which made the gear rusty. I thought it couldn't be fixed, but I brought it here and the gentleman fixed it in about 20 minutes for a great price. I'll come back here for all watch repairs and battery replacements from now on!
