I purchased a necklace chain here about a month ago. The service was good, friendly. After wearing it for a few days, one of my hairs got stuck in it and got pulled out. I decided to give it some more time. After it happened twice more, I took off the necklace, and brought it back in when I had the chance. I came across this shop a few months ago when eating next door at the Vietnamese restaurant and kept it in the back of my mind. So when my brother’s jade pendant broke I knew where to go. The owners were really nice and helpful. We came on a Saturday and they didn’t have what we needed that day to fix it but assured us they’d have it on Monday (the next business day).
