Don't do it Please be aware that I have lived here for four years, having moved out by May 2024. During my tenure here, we experienced numerous issues such as pest infestations and water damage, along with dog waste all over the place. The point I am drawing attention to is when we were about to move out, a woman from the office informed us that she would charge us for the stove tops. Laundry facilities is a lie I have lived here for 2 years now. When I moved in, the reviews looked good, the apartments looked nice and the owners seemed to really care about their property. Since I have moved in, the washing machines have not been working. This is a problem common among all the hallways. In the 6 halls near my apartment, only one washing machine actually works. Updated review for the way it is now The reviews on this site are too old to represent how it actually is now. As of 2021-2022, it is not a great place. Don’t hope for the pool. The time they decided to open it was in late September. The temperature is already starting to drop and the water was too cold for that time. Wasn’t open all summer. Even when the pool was open they weren’t routinely cleaning the leaves and dead bugs in it. Bugs are a huge problem. They are very aware of it that they have routine pest control coming ... read more
price gives this rating an extra star When I first moved here 2 years ago we had a roach problem. Crawling on the walls, carpet, sinks, bedrooms, etc. Thankfully the problem was mostly resolved within a few months after multiple complaints. Walls are thin, neighbors are loud/fight a lot. Dog poop everywhere but I do see maint. clean it up constantly. Far from everything. Stay Away After having lived here for an entire year I can wholeheartedly say to stay away from this place unless you enjoy dealing with headaches brought upon by the incompetent leasing team. One of the leasing agents, Victor, was the worst of the bunch. He continuously gave me misinformation every time I needed to go into their leasing office for something and is flat out a rude person to deal with. Horrible Please, Please, please do not rent here! Especially if you have little ones, mold, mold, mold!!! They told us they would fix it, instead they painted over it, we found huge roaches!! Management unapologetic!! The water stinks!!! We can not even shower or brush our teeth! We have been here for only a day, we want to terminate our lease! Ultimate bait and switch!! This apartment is not livable! Please do not move here for the health of yourself and especially your family!!!
Go somewhere else! I dont recommend this apartment complex at all. They wanted to charge us an arm and a leg to replace carpet, because of and pet urine I DIDN'T HAVE ANY ANIMALS and a bleach stain that was already there when we moved in. Of course I didnt pay it. Walls are super thin, I can hear my neighbors arguing all the time, and their dog always crying. They walk into your apartment without notice, the laundry rooms dryer doesnt dry your clothes, so you have to put more quarters in.. and that take up most of them.
Terrible place for a family This is the worst experience I had. When I moved in the apartment it was dirty. The carpet had rips in it. The wall in my one bedroom had a hole. They speak to you very nice in at first but after you sign that contract you start to see the discuss. I would not recommend this place to anyone in the Army or even civilians. They over charged you for stuff when your leaving.
DO NOT MOVE IN DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Was told not getting the deposit back and have a $500 fine on top of that with replacement of the whole units carpet because of stains. Not one stain was left in that unit and it was left in perfect condition other then a carpet deterioration which was documented in a work order a few times because of the unit above us flooded.
