If I could give zero stars, I would. Van horn has been nothing short of a nightmare to work with. Everything from sales to service was awful. Buyer beware: Watch out for the "BUYBACK" vehicles. If you get one of those, you will likely not be able to trade it to another dealer at fair value even though Van Horn will tell you other dealers will but it. I learned the hard way unfortunately.
