He took the time to listen to me about a water remediation charge of $10,711.11, which I considered too high and is this charge price gouging? I hope to settle for a lesser amount at Bermuda Club Condo's meeting on Sept 28.
Watch out for them. I paid them $750 as a retainer fee. After they ‘accidentally’ sent me a letter after I submitted all of my paperwork and it quoted a $5,000 retainer fee. They then adjusted this. I only spoke to Chad for less than 15 minutes, and he was very kind. So I trusted them. Then my case was handed over to a paralegal, who was rude. Multiple times.
