STAY AWAY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RETURN EMAILS OR CALLS. First off, the free phone consultation provided no real information for someone inquiring about bankruptcy. I wanted to be represented by a Law Firm with the issue of Social Security overpayment. They said will be a flat fee of 535.00 and I can make a payment for two months. I spoke over the phone with Tanisha. She asked questions and I asked questions regarding my issue. One of the question I asked was how much money are you allowed to make if you collect social security and work according to your age. Really bad and unprofessional services. Scheduled appointment at 12 today. Someone called at 11.55 and told me attorney will speak, attorney never calls. I am calling back, after 10 min listening elevator music someone picks up the phone and telling me that her computer is down and she will call back. Attorney never calls back, I am calling again, she picks up the phone and reschedules conference at 2.30. No one calls me. I am calling again. Conversing to some talking head. Chad and his firm do not know what they are doing . Nobody is on the same page. I came to Chad with a very serious problem I was having and without any knowledge he automatically placed me in to a bankruptcy. Myself not being an attorney I took his word and did what he said. Unfortunately it ended up that I did not need a bankruptcy after all. We negotiated with the creditor after I had to dictate to Chad the terms and conditions that I had come up with.
