I was working with Jess at Van Horn Kia and was told that I needed a substantial amount put down on a vehicle. However, she said that she would continue to look around at certain vehicles and get back to me. I thought to myself yeah okay. But sure enough the Van Horn group went above and beyond and started sending me vehicles that would work for me with my trade in.
