My dad and I came in to look at a few Kia Tellurides and hopefully take one home of that day but when we enter the building no one greeted us, I get it that everyone was busy with a customer but not even a “Hi” “Welcome” or “Someone will be right with you?” It goes a long way but I will be taking my business else where. 2 stars for a clean building.
Incredible, seamless experience. Truly was the BEST customer service. My wife and I would recommend Van Horn Kia to anyone and we certainly will be making a visit to Van Horn for our next car purchase once again in the future.
