I was greeted by Jess when I entered and throughout the experience she listened and provided feedback that was geared towards me getting the car I wanted at a price that worked for me, not just making a sale. I am editing my original review to reflect my current opinions: I bought a 2023 KIA Niro with 90k miles. Within a week, I started to hear a clunk, I KNEW it was the axle. They made me come in 2 times and kept saying they didn't know what was wrong. Magically, the 3rd time, they instantly knew that the axel was 4mm out of spec. THEY WAITED FOR THE 90 DAYS OF THEIR COVERAGE TO LAPSE SO THEY COULD BILL IT AGAINST MY EXTENDED WARRANTY. I should have quit coming, but I have free oil changes for life.
