Got an oil change. Got car back with a large puddle of water in the back seat as something must have been left open overnight and it rained. Instead of just taking responsibility for the incident, was told that it could be from other things. The car is relatively new with less than 40000 and is outside in the rain all the time with no issues previously. So likelihood that we went from no water to a huge volume and saturation in the back of the car...it isn't from the sunroof seal..it's because someone left something open. Mi... read more
