Jake was a pleasure to deal with, he got me scheduled for service knowing I need a loaner vehicle. I texted him later on to see if they could do an oil and filter change which they did. It took less than 5 minutes to pick my vehicle and drop off the loaner. I bought the car in Fond du Lac new at the Hyundai and after a month of waiting they got me in to find out they had no loaner available even though I asked them before showing up.
