Took my wife’s vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Let the service advisor know that her AC has not been working for 3-4 weeks. We took it to our local mechanic and he said the AC compressor was not operational, which I communicated to the advisor Mark. Mark gave me a brief lesson on how the AC system in a vehicle works and then advised that the AC should start working again after that do a “diagnostic test”, flush the system and refill the freon.
