Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. This company accepted our order, confirmed they could meet our time-sensitive deadline, and then went radio silent for two weeks—ignoring multiple follow-ups—only to finally inform us that they were “too busy” to complete the survey. After pressing for answers, I uncovered an undisclosed conflict of interest they never bothered to communicate. Called on 7/20/2023 and requested survey for land exchange between neighbors. Spoke to surveyor. He told the potential cost of the job, asked me to reconfirm lines and return call. I agreed to all costs. I returned call on 8/8/2023 and the title guy said he didn’t remember speaking to me and was not very urgent or proactive.
