I had a terrible experience with this surveying company. After hiring them to complete a site plan for our property, they: 1. Went completely silent for two weeks with no communication 2. Only informed us they couldn't meet our deadline after we followed up 3. Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. This company accepted our order, confirmed they could meet our time-sensitive deadline, and then went radio silent for two weeks—ignoring multiple follow-ups—only to finally inform us that they were “too busy” to complete the survey. After pressing for answers, I uncovered an undisclosed conflict of interest they never bothered to communicate. Called on 7/20/2023 and requested survey for land exchange between neighbors. Spoke to surveyor. He told the potential cost of the job, asked me to reconfirm lines and return call. I agreed to all costs. I returned call on 8/8/2023 and the title guy said he didn’t remember speaking to me and was not very urgent or proactive. I re explained the desired transaction and he said he would begin the process. I received no return call or correspondence during august. I thought giving someone a survey was a in and out job. Little did I know its not the case. I didnt relize that it can be costly as well. Trust me when I say this company is the cheapest in town!! Dont go with another company they will charge you double. And if I learned the hard way. I learned that Van Horn, Hoover will not rake you over the coals. Take it from an in experienced customer who thought she would do it herself. Save yourself the time and the trip. Give this company a call if you have to have a survey done!!
