Jess was absolutely phenomenal to work with and made the car-buying process both easy and fun, as crazy as that is to say. After attempting to work with other dealers that were pushy and less laid-back, she was a very welcomed change of pace. Van Horn worked with us with our specific needs and made sure we got the car of our dreams!
