After finding exactly the used truck we were looking for and a couple of phone conversations with the salesman, Rick Miller, we drove the extra miles to purchase the truck. Upon arriving we were told it was sold. We couldn't have been unhappier with the way we were treated! The people at Van Horn Chevrolet are terrible to work with!
Terrible! terrible! terrible! I can't say enough about their lack of integrity. The customer service and follow up is absolutely TERRIBLE! Would not recommend Van Horn Auto in Newhall Iowa to anyone.
Very dissatisfied with the way things were handled. Very young and inexperienced management that doesn't know how to solve problems.
