Bad buying experience. On top of the hours spent trying to close the deal, the Upholstery was dirty. Windshield had chips. Never cleaned under the hood. Tires needed rotating. Only came with one key. Charged me $130 for extra key. The only reason I give them two stars is that the Escape was priced right.
The staff at Van Horn Dodge were friendly, helpful and professional. They took the time to show us multiple vehicles to assist us with our decision. Well worth the trip to Plymouth. In no way were they aggressive . Thank you Adam and Christian
I would like to thank Josh and Evert for the best purchaning experience we have ever had. If anyone is considering a new or used auto I would strongly urge you yo give these guys a chance.
