Our first vehicle purchase here but it probably will not be our last. Kieran is a great sales guy. Not high pressure, very informative and enthusiastic about the vehicles. He didn't overwhelm us with information, but he had all the answers. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a smooth experience from the moment we walked in the door and asked to test drive the cool pink Jeep, until we drove it off the lot.
The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. The sales process was also easy.
Never again would I by a vehicle from van horn worst experience I’ve ever had. Have owned truck 5 months and first 3 months it was in there shop and I drove it 3 days out of my 3 month 3,000 warranty and have had nothing but issues with them. Me and my wife bought new vehicles and there inspection they do prior is useless and non effective because the vehicles they sell all seem to have issues etc. my family nor friends will ever buy from them.
