⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Van Hoose & Steele Funeral Services provided compassionate, professional, and respectful service during a very difficult time. The staff were caring, understanding, and attentive to every detail, helping make the entire process as smooth as possible. Their kindness and dedication were truly appreciated. I highly recommend Van Hoose & Steele Funeral Services to anyone in need of caring and professional funeral services.
The end result of $6,000 for a “memorial service” that basically required them to show up. They provided no coffin, no casket, no urn, no family car, and NO BODY. They did however blow up a photo, place memorial material (half of which I provided) on a table, and play music from YouTub. They Left my mother’s grave completely unprotected and I’m struggling to find the exact place where she’s buried. I have nothing but excellent words for the services that were provided for our family doing the death of my husband, Michael Avery and father of Mark Sr, Anthony Dwayne and Kearston Michelle. Everything that was provided for us from the time the body was picked up until the time of the body was lowed into the ground was all professional, wonderful words of encouragement and excellent services even until today when they called to check on the family.
