Asked this company to install Bilstein struts on my Nissan Titan. They forgot to install a washer on the new strut and has caused the shaft to push the bushing through the strut mount. Took it back for them to look at and they wouldn’t look, requested ordering a new strut and strut mount, instead of disassembly the strut and installing the appropriate washer.
