Scheduled a service call months ago for my furnace only to have the owner call me an hour before my appointment to cancel, and then couldn't re-schedule me for another whole month. Left me hanging with an inoperative furnace in 16 degree winter. Very poor service.
We had a different company install our Geothermal when the house was built and had nothing but issues with hot and cold areas, lines freezing etc. Original company wouldn't come back out. I called VanHee 4 years ago and will never use another company. Our technician is extremely kind, thorough, helpful and always points us in the direction that's more cost effective. Our GT now runs flawlessly, the original company never filled it with Glycol, Vanhee figured it out and helped us in every way. I have nothing but wonderful thi... read more

Energy efficient furnace and air conditioner installed by Jim and Rudy. They did a great job, through pouring rain and snow. They crawled through an attic, crawl space, fit furnace in a tiny closet.
Van Hee installed our system several years ago. It was nothing but trouble. It ran constantly, vibrated, and the lights in the house would dim when it came on. The "electric heat" would frequently come on. Then some sort of coil needed to be replaced, and then the buffer tank leaked. We did not have heat for much of last winter, and used electric heaters in our rooms. We tried to get them back and they did not return calls - this after we kept getting "error" messages on the system. We had another company rip out the system ... read more
