Had a slow gas leak in pipe coming into house that they installed. No urgency to come fix it, said it would be three days. Mind you we have small children and pets in this house. Apparently a gas leak isn’t a big deal to them if it doesn’t warrant service in a timely/safe manner.

When I talked with your husband and determined it was a very minor leak, I told him it would be 3 days before we could get there. He stated that his wife wasn't going to like that, so then I offered first thing the next morning. He also then said it sounds like I am going to need to fix it myself and hung up. RecommendedNick and his employees are top notch! Our furnace died on a super frigid night and nick came out on a Saturday to replace it for us. We are so thankful for him and his workers to give us heat again before the temps went even colder!
