Very knowledgeable, clearly communicative, professional, very pleased with this shop, the people, the experience.
Driving over the pass towards Sisters and my wife’s Kia engine blew. A friend in Sister’s recommended Van Handel. An excellent recommendation. Replacing an engine was quite the process, they conducted themselves in a highly professional and communicative manner. My advice to friends on the west side of the cascades ( or anyone for that matter) near Sisters and experiencing car trouble - go to Van Handels!!
They do good work. I trust them to do what is needed to get our vehicles running smooth at a good price.
You will be well taken care of here! Excellent service, fair prices and honest assessments. We don’t go anywhere else in town. Keep up the great work team!
