Joel was prompt, respectful and professional. He was easily able to identify the issue, and produce a quick solution. He didn’t try to upsell anything more than offering their services. He offered to do the trip for free, however it was such a great experience I declined and bought their drain cleaner as well. Highly recommend this company, and the tech Joel!
Tim came out and fixed my furnace very quickly. Had to order a part and he even came out a day earlier than expected. Left everything clean and tidy and communication from him and the office team was clear and timely. Would definitely recommend them.
I rely onVan Haaften for plumbing and heating duties around my house. It is an older house that needs periodic work. They never try to upsell me and do fabulous work. Recently, my water heater died. They explained all options and we did a new water heater. Fabulous work and no mess left behind.
It’s never any fun to have to call someone to fix your furnace, but if it has to be done, there’s no better place than Van Haaften’s. They are the absolute best. I’ve been a customer for a long time, and they have never disappointed. Thanks to Tim for all he did to get things back on track!
Looks like the service men did a fantastic job! Thank you kindly. God bless you. However I rated 3 stars as the young gal who answers the phone is very unprofessional, disrespectful. She needs to be taught proper ethics and customer service. If we hadn't already been in for the service we would NOT have still hired this company due to her poor skills.
