I was referred to Van Haaften’s Plumbing and Heating by my neighbor. When I called for an appointment the woman I spoke with answered all my questions, setting realistic expectations, possible cost scenarios, etc. I was also kept updated on the technician’s arrival time and didn’t have to wait unnecessarily (because who knows what they are dealing with prior appointments). Wonderful service from the Van Haaften team. Worked us into their schedule to troubleshoot and also to do the replacement. They gave a stop gap to get through a few days of hot weather and installed as planned. They do a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves. Aside from the new equipment you would have never know they were there. They are a wonderful service provider.
Kyle is an energetic & knowledgeable person, but wouldn't expect anything else from Van Haaften Plumbing and Heating, my #1 go to for a quick diagnosis and friendly fix to any problem. And, they come when needed. I highly recommend this business for any plumbing or heating-cooling needs.
Called VanHaaften Plumbing and Heating because out furnace wouldn't run. They came the next day had it running in approximately 1/2 hour also told us we needed a new motor that the bearing was going out in the old one. I called Monday to set up an appointment and they had it installed quickly the next day. Now we don't have to worry about it going out this winter. Joel was very professional and friendly. We had Mike come up for an emergency water leak that he repaired very quickly so the water in. The house could be turned back on. While he was there we scheduled for him to come back up and install a new stand alone soaking tub and faucet they did a great job couldn’t be happier
