Tim has been wonderful to work with. He is very good about communicating the discoveries and plan of action with us, which is very nice as we have not always had that communication with other service providers. We presented him with a problem on a newer system they did not install and I am so grateful they were willing to figure it out with us.
Just had AC checked today, and it went smoothly! Joel even fixed a rattle that had been annoying me a bit, so that’s another positive. This was from February … guess I didn’t hit send … It’s never any fun to have to call someone to fix your furnace, but if it has to be done, there’s no better place than Van Haaften’s. They are the absolute best. I’ve been a customer for a long time, and they have never disappointed. Thanks to Tim for all he did to get things back on track!
Tim was very professional. The AC problem was the breaker being off (flipped or not switched on). Great to have AC for the 4th of July! Thank you for your prompt service.
Mike arrived at the predetermined time that was set when booking our service. Work was performed quickly and left the area in better shape than when he arrived.
Looks like the service men did a fantastic job! Thank you kindly. God bless you. However I rated 3 stars as the young gal who answers the phone is very unprofessional, disrespectful. She needs to be taught proper ethics and customer service. If we hadn't already been in for the service we would NOT have still hired this company due to her poor skills.
