Steve was awesome!! Fixed an issue that another plumbing company just gave up on! Very thankful for the no bs and quick fix! Have used in the past as well and just always awesome, thanks again Steve!
We received prompt service when our a/c went out in very hot weather. Tim got us up and running. Adam came back next day to install needed part. Very pleased with their service. Also appreciate the calls and texts keeping us updated on time frame.

I was referred to Van Haaften’s Plumbing and Heating by my neighbor. When I called for an appointment the woman I spoke with answered all my questions, setting realistic expectations, possible cost scenarios, etc. I was also kept updated on the technician’s arrival time and didn’t have to wait unnecessarily (because who knows what they are dealing with prior appointments). Recently both Joel for my furnace, and Tim for water problem and those guys are the best. Very pleasant, upfront and hard-working young men. They explained what they were doing and why. Both had to deal with a small barking dog and affectionate cat but didn't seem to mind. Thanks Guys! You're the best!
