Recently both Joel for my furnace, and Tim for water problem and those guys are the best. Very pleasant, upfront and hard-working young men. They explained what they were doing and why. Both had to deal with a small barking dog and affectionate cat but didn't seem to mind. Thanks Guys! You're the best!
Kyle is an energetic & knowledgeable person, but wouldn't expect anything else from Van Haaften Plumbing and Heating, my #1 go to for a quick diagnosis and friendly fix to any problem. And, they come when needed. I highly recommend this business for any plumbing or heating-cooling needs.
Called on the weekend because furnace stopped pumping heat. It tried. Thankful for response to get it functional with discernment about coming back during the work week to look further (avoiding unnecessary charges), clear explanation about hypothesis of what was happening. Then came back during work week - figured out the root cause without unnecessary charges. Once again VanHaaften has proved they are trustworthy…
Called VanHaaften Plumbing and Heating because out furnace wouldn't run. They came the next day had it running in approximately 1/2 hour also told us we needed a new motor that the bearing was going out in the old one. I called Monday to set up an appointment and they had it installed quickly the next day. Now we don't have to worry about it going out this winter. Joel was very professional and friendly.
