Van Grol put my AC in 18 years ago. It only has had to have the capacitor replaced in all those years. Two weeks ago right before we were going on vacation the AC stopped blowing cold air. Of course it happens early evening on a Thursday. I left a message and they responded right away the next morning and told me someone would be at my house between 10am-12noon. They are unreliable and unprofessional don’t recommend them to nobody
These guys installed new furnaces in my mothers house. I have called them a few times over the years since installation for some minor issues and they have been incredibly responsive and quick to address my concerns. I called today and they showed up a few hours later! I’m grateful to have these guys to rely on and highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!!
