The flowers are fresh and good selection, but their florists are terrible. They cannot put together a nice arrangement - the bouquets always end up looking like some awkward cascading design with some sticking out way more than the rest and it totally ruins expectations (not to mention how ugly they end up looking in a vase). I have tried different people in their store, but it seems they were all taught the same way… They really need to go back to florist school.
I have always bought flowers in store and ordered flowers for delivery from Van Gogh Flowers. I do think the quality of their flowers and prices are well worth it.
We couldn't be happier with the floral arrangements from Van Gogh Flowers in Hawthorn East for our wedding. Luca did a truly magnificent job, from our first conversation, he completely understood our vision and brought it to life with such creativity and care.
