The older lady working there was really unhelpful and perhaps a bit snobbish. I asked for help for putting together some different flowers for less than 40 dollars. She just told me to either get a bunch of the same thing or take a look at their bouquets that are 60 dollars plus. So basically no help and she just walked off. In the end I picked a bunch of different things myself and put together and they were only 35. Not that hard if she really cared to help. Really terrible service. Beautiful and easy to order/get delivered. Lovely every time 5/5!
The flowers from Van Gogh were gorgeous. I ordered them at 11 am and they were delivered the same day by 4 pm. A beautiful pink and white arrangement exactly as shown on their website. They were for my mum’s birthday from the whole family so they were very special. Thanks again to the team at Van Gogh. You never disappoint.
