I purchased some flowers on Sunday morning. The florist who served me was so helpful and did such an amazing job with the flower arrangement. The bouquet looked amazing and was such great value for money compared to other florists I’ve been to.
My friend loved the flowers especially the old rose with a strong beautiful perfume. Usually florist roses are smell-free so that is a huge plus! The delivery was well handled too. My friend lives in a group of apartments and the flowers had been left in the hallway and my friend was out at the time and received a text and photo saying they had been delivered. Well done!
Had a great experience with Van Gogh yesterday, this was my favourite bouquet I have ever gifted! I was looking for a dark/winter style but was a bit unsure of my choice, but they totally outdid my vision and exceeded expectations. Thank you especially to Cass for putting together such a special bouquet! Will be back again for sure!
Have been going to Van Gogh for a while now but the last few times have been very disappointed in the flowers and selection New owners need to lift there game or they won’t last New staff as well don’t help where are the old friendly staff who new there customers will be looking elsewhere
I believe there are new owners. The last 2 times I have been, there have barely been any flowers in the shop, and the flowers there have all looked a bit wilted and generic. It's hard to run a good florist without flowers!!! This is so sad, as part of the joy of this shop has always been being able to select from a beautiful and extensive range of quality, fresh and unusual flowers at reasonable prices.
