Arrived 9:45 on Mother's day to buy a gift voucher (as I have done at Van Gough every Mothers day for the last 10 years). Lady at the counter looked at me like I had grown a second head! Clarified with another staff member that they don't do gift vouchers and the store was under new ownership. Not blaming staff but gift vouchers are something that is probably worth figuring out when you acquire a business!
