Have worked with Van and his crew for my Mom house and mine. At my mom house his crew put in vinyl planks. Part of the floor sinks when walked on. His crew also had issues with my mom and brother watching while they worked. He also quoted my mom a price for another room and changed his quote when it was time to get it done. He was also rude to my Mom. At my house, he did my kitchen floor and in the corners there are spots that look like water because it wasn't done right. Van was fast, friendly and easy to work with, and most important, the job was done well with care, installed new floor and refinished old hardwood floors very well. Highly recommend him.
