The customer service provided by the team has been very good, and I appreciate that they are willing to rectify any issues. However, I did experience some challenges with the drawer system I purchased. I was advised that the drawer clearance would be 240mm, but due to the inclusion of 35mm support timbers, the actual usable clearance was reduced to 205mm.
