I came for an oil change. They not only changed my oil, but fixed my falling down underbody shield for free, putting in the missing fasteners. Also they showed me where my rear lower control arm was rusting on one side, but did not try to sell me on replacing it. They said to keep an eye on it. In the future I would leave my car there for an oil change. I had an appointment at 1 pm, and the oil change was done at 2 pm. That is longer than I was planning, but the wait was worth it. I’ve been going there for years when it was Van Ess when stew owned it. I was disappointed to see. He sold it and retired but happy for him so I needed a AC compressor and thought I’d try them since I had always had a great experience in the past. They did not disappoint, the same honest professional work and front office staff. Glad to see the tradition continues!

Horrible customer service, put 25 dollar deposit down for work to be done on a specific day, they screwed up and can’t do it that day, now I can’t get a hold of anyone, guess they need the 25 bucks more than I do, when I originally called, I thought it was the location itself. It’s not. It’s some call center, call the same number i actually get the location. They say they can’t do nothing.
