Dr. Van Erden is the most effective chiropractor I've found in 50 years. I have chronic back issues due to injuries and he gently re-aligns my spine when needed. He is such an effective practitioner that I rarely need to make a return visit after an alignment and am good until I do something to jar my spine out of alignment. He is extremely gentle and intuitive and he will not 'crack' or 'pop' your back and neck or twist your head like many practitioners. He really deserves his 5 star rating.
He listens well and adjusts to the level you can tolerate. He spent a full hour with me and was very kind and caring. Respects boundaries and won’t “crack” your neck if you ask him not to even if you need it. Also uses an activator when warranted. Gentle yet effective
I have had several treatments with Ivan over the last 3 months. Those of you who are discerning about healers of any stripe will know what I mean when I say: this man has the gift. He finds exactly the spots that need attention, and then applies only the required 'nudge' to get things headed back in the right direction.
